Guest Reviews & Ratings
I was thrilled with the size and layout of the room, although it had a strange odor that made it hard to enjoy. The view from the 15th floor overlooking the river and bridge was breathtaking. However, the room was very spacious with an extra area for luggage storage, which was convenient.
My stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Memphis was comfortable and varied compared to other hotels on my tour. The rooms were cozy but had a very noisy air conditioning unit, and unfortunately, there was no safe provided. The service was friendly and accommodating, although they only offered a room change for the second night. The location was good for downtown sights but a bit far out from some attractions. The dining experience was fun, changing each day and always delicious. The pool area was cold but had a lovely view of the Mississippi River.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. It is conveniently located for exploring downtown Memphis attractions. The dining experience is satisfactory, and the facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel's rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a beautiful view of the river and lit-up bridge. The staff was helpful and pleasant, but there were some delays in service. The location was convenient for exploring Memphis, just a short distance from popular attractions. The dining experience was satisfying, although there is room for improvement. Overall, a good value for the price with some minor drawbacks.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were perfect with a great view but unfortunately, the group next door was loud, making moments of rest troublesome. However, the overall cleanliness and comfort were exceptional.
Upon arrival, I noticed a slight funny smell in the air, similar to garlic, but our room was clean and comfortable. The noise from outside was audible, lightly disturbing our peace, but the cozy lounge overlooking the river made up for it. The service was genuinely friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The location by the riverfront was lovely, and despite some minor hiccups with breakfast, the overall experience was delightful.
